We supply the weekly grounds maintenance for the external communal areas at this large, modern development in Leith. We are primarily contracted to look after the landscaped areas of this development such as; grassed areas and shrubs and flower beds. We ensure that the grass area in the middle of the development is free from litter and dog mess and cut the grass on a weekly basis. This area is a focal point for the tenants and owners and must be kept in good condition. The other grass areas surrounding the development are cut on a fortnightly basis and are also kept litter and dog mess free.

As this is a large development the flower beds containing the large shrubs and hedges are trimmed on a rotational basis. This also applies to the weeding that needs to be carried out on the development. Within this development there are a number of areas that need annual works such as cutting back large numbers of weeds at the side of the development. In the central grass area, there is a feature of wooden stakes acting as a retaining wall on a number of levels. This requires annual work of replacing missing or damaged stakes.
