Our cleaners are fully insured and wear our branded uniforms. Most of our cleaners are recommended to us by the current team. We interview and reference check anyone that does work for us. We ensure our team share our attention to detail and follow our high standards.

All our team members speak English. Excellent customer service is key to our business so all our staff speak English. We do all we can to make our services better, so if you have any special request just leave a note or email us we will pass it to your cleaner!

Yes. Once you have received the formal quotation from us and are serious about going ahead, we will be happy to provide you with customer references to help you finalise your decision. We also have many testimonials from our existing customers on our website.

We supply all of our own products and equipment, including sprays, cloths and vacuum cleaners. We use products from a local company, Paragon Products. They supply us with a comprehensive range of products and knowledge for all our needs.

Yes. We will always endeavour to supply the same cleaner, but will be able to have a replacement if they are on holiday or sick.

We pay all our employees and contractors the real living wage, set by an independent organisation and is reviewed annually.

All of our employees and contractors have been trained to use the equipment and products that are provided in a safe manner. We can supply the COSHH assessments for all of our products, along with a method statement and risk assessment if necessary.
